Terms of Service

By accessing or using MODEL.AT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MODEL.AT ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and are not barred from using the Platform under applicable law.

Accounts registered by bots, automated tools, or unauthorized third parties are not permitted and will be terminated without notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account via Instagram OAuth or other supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and (d) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or share on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant MODEL.AT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content; (b) your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights; and (c) your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; (d) upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (e) circumvent security measures; (f) scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without authorization; (g) use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages; (h) engage in fraudulent activity, including creating fake profiles or engagement.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence for features including but not limited to: content analysis, image verification (VISAEGIS), media tagging, profile recommendations, and deepfake detection. AI-generated results are provided on an "as-is" basis and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analyses and disclaim all liability arising from reliance on AI outputs.

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All fees are listed in the applicable pricing schedule and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

Affiliate commissions, referral rewards, and other monetary incentives are subject to their own specific terms as detailed in the applicable program documentation.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal — see our Refund & Withdrawal Policy (/refund). Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and cancelled through those stores under their terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MODEL.AT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO MODEL.AT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines (/community), Copyright & DMCA/DSA Notice (/copyright), Refund & Withdrawal Policy (/refund), Disclaimers, End User License Agreement, and Impressum (/impressum), each available from the site footer. Where a specific policy conflicts with these Terms on its subject matter, that specific policy controls.
