End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with these terms, MODEL.AT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to: modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Platform; or use the Platform to build a competing product or service.

This license applies to all aspects of the Platform including the web application, mobile-responsive interface, APIs (where access is granted), browser extensions or plugins (if any), and all associated documentation and materials. The license is granted solely for use on devices that you own or control.

MODEL.AT retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to MODEL.AT's trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by MODEL.AT.

Open-source components: the Platform and the MODEL.AT mobile apps include third-party open-source software licensed under its own terms. Those components and their licences are listed in our THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES, provided with the software and available on request; nothing in this EULA limits your rights under those open-source licences.

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant MODEL.AT the licenses described in the Terms of Service. Content uploaded to the Platform may be processed by our AI systems for tagging, analysis, and recommendation purposes.

MODEL.AT may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Updates may be applied automatically and may change the functionality of the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after updates, you accept the modified terms.

You shall not: (a) use the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems; (c) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; (e) circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls; (f) use the Platform to store or transmit malicious code; or (g) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Platform.

This license is effective until terminated. MODEL.AT may terminate this license at any time if you breach these terms. Upon termination: your right to use the Platform immediately ceases; you must stop all use of the Platform; MODEL.AT may delete your account and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy; and any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You shall not use or access the Platform from any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MODEL.AT and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
