Community Guidelines

The content and conduct standard for verified human talent.

Effective Date: July 18, 2026

Interim notice: our designated appeals point-of-contact details are being finalized and will be published here.

1. Our Standard

MODEL.AT connects verified human talent with agencies and brands. These Community Guidelines set the content and conduct standard for everyone on the Platform and supplement the Terms of Service. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination.

2. Be Authentic — Verified Humans Only

Every profile must represent a real, living human being. Strictly prohibited: AI-generated, synthetic, or “virtual” personas presented as real people; impersonation of another person or entity; fake profiles; and artificially inflated or fraudulent engagement, followers, or metrics. Authenticity is the core of this platform.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not post, upload, or share content that: (a) is unlawful or facilitates illegal activity; (b) depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities); (c) is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content that violates applicable law or the app-store rules; (d) harasses, threatens, bullies, or incites violence or hatred; (e) infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights (see our Copyright & DMCA Policy); (f) is spam, a scam, or deceptive; (g) contains malware or attempts to compromise the Platform; or (h) discloses another person’s private information without consent.

4. Respectful Interactions

Treat others professionally. Solicitations, bookings, and negotiations must be lawful and honest. Off-platform conduct that harms other users may also be considered where it relates to your use of the Platform.

5. Reporting & Blocking

Report violating content or behaviour using the in-app Report action on profiles and content, or by emailing legal@model.at. You can also block accounts (Settings → Blocked Accounts) to stop interaction. To report intellectual-property infringement or illegal content, see our Copyright & DMCA / DSA Notice page (/copyright).

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may issue a warning; remove or restrict content; limit features; suspend; or permanently terminate an account. Illegal content and safety threats may be removed immediately and referred to law enforcement. We operate a repeat-infringer policy.

7. Statement of Reasons & Appeals (EU DSA)

Where we remove your content or restrict your account, we will, where required by the EU Digital Services Act (Art 16–17), provide a statement of reasons and information on how to appeal. To appeal, contact legal@model.at. Appeals are received in English (and German where possible) and we aim to respond without undue delay; the designated appeals point-of-contact and target response time are being finalized and will be published here.
